CARE OF THE BOARD: Hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and wipe dry. Do not leave to soak in water or put in dishwasher. Oil monthly with mineral oil only, omit vegetable oil. If board becomes rough, sand lightly with fine sandpaper and then re-oil
