When folded, the unit is under 2" thick, which is perfect to fit in almost any drawer. When in use, you can either keep it laid flat for doing a quick zest of a lemon or open it and stand it up if you need to shred  carrots.

Two sturdy levels of stainless steel grates. The blades are set at a medium-large size, and a small size.  Rubber bottom helps stabilize and can adjust the width of the stance. Nice top handle also helps to stabilize. 
Easy to clean, only two surfaces and it opens up which makes it easier than a normal box grater to clean.
