Dimensions
Handle is 3/8" thick. Wire is stainless steel and taut. 
6 1/2 - 7 inches long, 3 1/2 - 4 inches deep. The cutting wire is just over 4" long.
 
Care and cleaning is identical to a cast iron skillet. Hand wash only using a cloth rag or plastic brush, do not expose to moisture for long periods. If surface rust does develop, rub with steel wool to remove rust. Afterward, re-coat with vegetable oil and bake at 500 degrees F for at least 45 minutes to restore finish.
